The new layout with planting and water features is close to completion. The surrounding buildings are all Listed Grade II as part of the post-war redevelopment scheme by Donald Gibson. The two side buildings with their raised walkways form one Listing. The two mirror-image brick buildings are left, the former Leofric Hotel, and right Broadgate House, both separately Listed.
