Freightliner locomotive 66419 is at the front of its intermodal train in sidings north of Darlington Bank Top station. The locomotive has run round the train having brought it in from Tees Dock, the line from Teesside joining in a north facing direction while the train will run south to Felixstowe. A direct route via Yarm without the need to run round cannot yet be used for full size containers as additional clearance work is needed.
