Late 19th century Grade II Listed building. Granted change of use to an Estate Agents in 1986 it was previously signed Chesterton and Humberts then Humberts estate agents. Change of use was granted in June 2021 for 'conversion of part of the ground floor, the first floor and the second floor to form a single dwelling unit (C3) whilst retaining the business use in the principal element of the ground floor only'.
