"Fashion is the only thing so hiddeous it has to be changed every 6 weeks". The original quote from Oscar Wilde, whose image accompanies the writing, is more along the lines of "fashion is a form of ugliness so intolerable that we have to alter it every six months", but the gist is the same, although the spelling could do with brushing up. An intellectual form of vandalism on a pillar somewhere round the back of Argos in Cirencester.
