Situated just along the River Wensum to the north-east of Whitefriars Bridge, this former yarn mill is now a factory and offices. It was built in 1839 by Richard Parkinson. It is mostly of 5 storeys of red brick, rising to 6 at one western bay. This fine example of a C19th mill is listed Grade I by English Heritage https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1051798
