One of many former warehouse buildings in this part of Leeds near the former railway goods yard which have since been converted to office use. Built 1903, architects George Corson and others, originally named Concourse House, under which name it is still listed - Grade II, list entry 1255694, now named after the Duke of Wellington's London home.
