Other contributors on Geograph have identified this as probably a Renault AX, but it appears that the curved-top radiator has been replaced. There were many Renault AX cars in use in London as taxicabs from before the first World War. Location probably a yard behind houses near 8 Northumberland Avenue where the photographer was living.
