This valley has wind farms and caravan parks but we have seen no one all day - no one coming and going, nor moving about, no sign of kids, dogs or anything. May be people on holiday here in August sit inside, read their papers in their awnings and if they venture out they quietly tiptoe about in slippers, muzzle their canines and their kids are sworn to silence. A mystery.
