Early 19th century in origin, and Category C listed https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/200380869-17-shore-street-anstruther-easter-kilrenny#.YR1gEY5KjIU in 1972. Although now in use as a Tea Room, the ground floor shop premises is essentially original, rather than being a more modern insertion.
