George Hayton was the verger of Martham Parish Church. The third stone from the left is of Emma, his first wife (of three), and himself. The other three stones are in memory of three of their sons, none of whom are actually buried here- one is buried in France, and one in USA (both killed in WWI), and the third in Iceland (fishing accident).
