A late 19th century cottage in Victoria Street, originally built by the Verdins of Garnstone Castle for one of their senior employees. It is still owned by the Verdins, who own much of Ledgemoor village and almost all of the surrounding farmland. The cottage has recently had its windows replaced with somewhat harsh double glazed units.
