Croome Hunt met in Bredon each autumn from 1947, initially at the Railway Inn, later at the Fox and Hounds. Here the hounds and huntsmen are arriving in the village, other riders and foot-followers gather at the appointed pub, then the hunt goes away to kill foxes, for example in November 1956 one at Kinsham which was a poultry killer. More often the hunt went up onto Bredon Hill. Date of this photo is approximate.
