On the left is the modern dual carriageway A53 Etruria Road, which will take you to Hanley and Leek. On the right is the ancient Old Etruria Road, which used to be the main route to Hanley and Leek (A500?), but in those days it was called Lord Street. Looking north-east in warm evening sunlight. Despite its name, that pub on the right is a good one. ;-)
