On South Street, Bo'ness. Late 18th century, with late 20th century alterations to the ground floor. It is Category C listed http://portal.historicenvironment.scot/designation/LB22396. The tearoom closed in March 2020 due to the Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic and has not re-opened.
