Badly damaged during the war and redeveloped during the 1980s, Hay’s Wharf was enclosed with a glass roof designed by the young architect Arthur Timothy while he worked with Michael Twigg Brown Architects. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hay%27s_Galleria
