This is St Albrights Church Stanway on the B1408 to the West of Colchester. The lack of tiles on the porch roof is proof positive that nothing is sacred these days. It was reported in the local newspaper that a young man went to the Vicar saying he was willing to repair some vandalism to the roof as an act of charity. Rather than repairing the roof he stole all the tiles! For a history of this 12th Century church go to http://homepage.ntlworld.com/john.bonham/history.html
