A Banksy in Oulton Broad. One of eight to be found in Great Yarmouth, Gorleston and Lowestoft. Unfortunately the powers that be, Oulton Broad Parish Council, have decided to cover this one with clear, very reflective, acrylic sheeting. They have also removed the corrugated sheet which was the boat. Vandalism? See https://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/home-news/potential-new-banksy-artwork-lowestoft-b1898751.html The culprits, Oulton Broad Parish Council, stated that rain was due and the corrugated sheet might have stopped the flow of water. It should be noted that the ditch has never been cleaned to my knowledge as can be clearly seen from the amount of silt and mud, under the arch. They really should be ashamed of themselves.
