Chatterton Water Tower, Spalding

Alderman George William Chatterton after whom the tower is named. He was chairman of the water board for many years as well as being on the Holland County Council. Chatterton Water Tower, owned by Anglian Water, which stands by the bus station in Spalding town centre, Lincolnshire. The tower, which was officially opened on 27th April 1955, provides drinking water to the town and local district.
