This is the first example I've come across of one of these decorated utility cabinets being redecroated in a new design. A Streetview image from July 2019 shows it bearing a simple geometrical pattern; it now has a more complex design with the tag "BB 6/21", so presumably 'Burley Banksy' repainted it in June this year. The access chamber in front of it bears the letters BCM which was Bell Cable Media (now part of Virgin Media).
