Now converted into a dwelling, Court Barn is 18th century with later alterations. Built of a mix of rubble stone and timber frame with weatherboard, all under a Welsh slate roof. Listed, for group value, grade II, with details at: https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1301636 Lingen is a small village in the northwest corner of Herefordshire, near the Welsh border. It lies on Lime Brook which empties into the River Lugg. Occupied since medieval times there are some strip lynchets, a 16th century church and a motte and bailey castle.
