Now converted into a dwelling, Church Barn is probably 18th century with later additions. Timber framed with weatherboard with a sandstone and weatherboard extension, all under a Welsh slate roof. Listed, for group value, grade II, with details at: https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1082038 Lingen is a small village in the northwest corner of Herefordshire, near the Welsh border. It lies on Lime Brook which empties into the River Lugg. Occupied since medieval times there are some strip lynchets, a 16th century church and a motte and bailey castle.
