New installation of a 30 MPH minimum speed zone on the eastbound carriageway at Ellingham on the A143. Both the east and westbound carriageway have been under a 50 MPH maximum speed restriction for many years, but the westbound has, as yet, no enforcement of a minimum speed. Image
