The parish Church of Saint Peter and Saint Paul was built in 1878-9, the architect was Sir Arthur W. Blomfield at a cost of £12,934/5s/8d, more than half of which was provided by G E Martin of nearby Ham Court (demolished in 1920s). The church is built in Cotswold stone from Stanway.
