Cromford as viewed from Black Rock, you get a really good view of the valley from here. Cromford is located just off the A6 which runs northward through the valley. Matlock is visible in the distance. Cromford is home to the Cromford canal, Arkwrights Mill (with shops and cafe) and Massons Mill (now a designer outlet) - the chimney of which is just visible in the valley.
