Late 16th or early 17th century in origin, but with the inevitable alterations and extensions over the intervening years. I suspect it's a private house now, rather than a working farmhouse. The building was Grade II listed https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101367631-village-farmhouse-sheriffhales#.YMobVmhKhPY & https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1367631 in 1984.
