Work to improve the A184/A19 junction began in March 2019. By the time of this photograph, work was nearly completed. The bridge opened to traffic early in June 2021 (https://www.chroniclelive.co.uk/news/north-east-news/testos-roundabout-a19-flyover-opens-20756742 Chronicle Live).
