This photo shows Oliver's footbridge on the Wendover Arm canal between Wendover and Halton. An old Ordnance Survey map shows a railway branch crossing at this spot, the railway proceeding to RAF Halton, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Halton_Railway refers. Hawthorn blossom can be seen beyond the footbridge.
