The 18th century coach house (no longer in use as such) is grade II listed (list entry 1329812). The listing notes "Nine bays in A.B.A.C.D:C.A.B.A rhythm". Beyond it, although plainer, is the stable block of 1654 which is grade I listed (list entry 1335855), apparently for its ornate interior, "one of the most lavish buildings of this date in Cheshire".
