Viewed from Oak Street. Even in 2018 Image some of the cafes here put tables and chairs on the pavement for customers to eat outside. Come the coronavirus pandemic lockdown restrictions, with inside dining forbidden the whole street is now closed to traffic and the outside dining area now stretches the whole length of the street. OK on a fine day but not when the weather turns Image
