This used to the gate lodge for Balinakill Country House (now a hotel: https://www.balinakillcountryhouse.com ) but is now separated from it by the A83. It is a Grade C listed building and, at the time of uploading, is on the Buildings at Risk Register : https://www.buildingsatrisk.org.uk/details/892165.
