Public house on Surrey Street. When the building (originally a Masonic Hall) became a pub in the early 1980s it was called The Surrey. The upstairs was a separate bar called The Fringe. Fans of the musical "Oklahoma" with get the joke. The building is Grade II listed List Entry Number:1247424 https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1247424
