Effigies aiming to scare more than crows, as part of the Hessle Scarecrow Trail. The event runs from 15-23 May 2021. There doesn't appear to be a lot of information about it online. Hessle Town Council seems to be involved, and around 200 homes and businesses have displayed entries. There is no mention of judging or prizes so presumably people take part just for the fun of it.
