Former Brooksbottom Mill

Dating from 1876, this former cotton mill, alongside the Irwell, has been refurbished and turned into apartments. Its current name is "The Spinnings". It is a Grade II listed building (Historic England List Entry Number: 1356822 http://www.heritagegateway.org.uk/Gateway/Results_Single.aspx?uid=1356822&resourceID=5 Heritage Gateway).
