Here, construction work on the new Swansea Arena entertainment venue is near completion (due to open later in 2021). In the distance the new footbridge which provides access to the Arena can be seen - already nicknamed the Crunchie Bridge due to its honeycomb appearace! The area currently being built on has been a large car park for many years.
