The timbers are of the Brixham sailing trawler https://www.heritagegateway.org.uk/Gateway/Results_Single.aspx?uid=1464562&sort=4&search=all&criteria=Glory&rational=q&recordsperpage=10&resourceID=19191 : "Built in 1906 as a sailing, ketch-rigged trawler, she was cut down and converted to a houseboat in 1926 or 1929, and sold to a nearby holiday camp sometime after 1932. In 1938 she grounded in the area and was then beached and abandoned in her present position ... A winner of the King George V Cup at the Brixham Regatta on several occasions".
