This attractive front garden is on Talbot Road, Hawkhurst Moor. There are three ways of spelling Aubretia: the one used here, Aubrieta which is botanically correct (commemorating the French botanist Claude Aubriet) and the variant Aubrietia, which seems to combine the two.
