This is not a new build; previously the ground floor comprised four retail units but it is currently in the process of conversion. Planning application 17/02318 was for "Change of use of ground floor mixed A1 shop, A3 restaurant and cafe to five flats with parking and amenity space". The building replaced the former Hark to Rover pub Image
