This charming tea room is appropriately called The Old Thatch. It is just beyond Pencil Cottage. The signpost in the centre of the image is for the Crab Inn which is out of the picture on the left. The roadway between Pencil Cottage and the Crab Inn leads to Shanklin Chine.
