Early morning winter sun highlights the orange-coloured façade of the Leisure Centre which is just off Aldenham Road. The centre has a 25 metre long 6 lane swimming pool and a 16 metre long teaching pool with an adjustable depth floor. A sports hall, creche, floodlit astro-turf pitches, tennis courts, squash courts, a fitness studio, a dance studio, a health suite, and a sunbed and treatment room are available too. The centre is managed by a registered charity, Hertsmere Leisure, who act to promote and provide leisure activities on behalf of Hertsmere Borough Council.
