Newmarket Road: Welcome to Marleigh

This is a large new estate being built north of Newmarket Road on the eastern edge of Cambridge. The large block to the right will contain shops and flats. The developers call the area Marleigh, a made-up name with no local relevance. I have no more idea than you may have what "Elegantly engineered living" might mean. (As, at the time this picture was taken, mapping had yet to keep up with building, the grid references are best estimates and may be a few metres adrift.)
