This is the BCN Old Main Line (Wolverhampton Level), looking north-west towards the junction with the Dudley Canal, which leads off to the left. I wonder why so very many substantial mooring rings have been installed here. Housing is in Leasowe Road. I can just see that this guy https://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/6813471 is still in situ at the junction, sunbathing!
