On the site of the former Goodwin Resource Centre, and bounded by Ice House Road, St Luke's Street and Hobart Street, 40 dwellings were constructed, becoming available towards the end of 2018. Managed by the Goodwin Development Trust, the development comprises 10 family houses, 8 town houses, 10 one-bed flats, 5 two-bed flats and 7 duplex units. Depicted is a four-storey block in Hobart Street.
