I had no idea what this represents. It is set in the wall of the former NatWest Bank, now apartments at Llandudno Junction. Something I have previously missed. However fellow Geographer, Silly Old Dog, pointed out https://www.coventrysociety.org.uk/public-art-in-coventry/national-provincial-bank.html This was in fact originally the NatPro Branch.
