The sign is surmounted by a crown to emphasise the fact it was erected to commemorate the Queen’s 1997 silver jubilee. It depicts the old windmill and woodland in the background. A man and horse can be seen ploughing with a cock pheasant in the foreground. https://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/6805295
