The Elizabethan building is Beaupre Hall which was situated in the parish, I believe the birds are white peahens. This side shows the Mullicourt Agueduct which carries Well Creek over the Middle Level Drain. There is no well in Outwell, well is an old English word around these parts for stream. https://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/6804774
