Air well close to the Silent Valley. The Mourne Conduit pipeline passes underneath farmland here - there are several sets of BMC gates here as well which can be seen in the dry stone walls. The conduit continues to the south of the Head Road, hugging the 130m (400ft) contour until it crosses the Head Road again at Dunnywater and curves around the north-eastern slopes of the Mournes to the pumping station at Drinnahilly Image
