Redrow is one of the house builders involved in the development of Houlton although these houses are on the western edge of the site, quite some way from other construction taking place at the time. Their style echoes that of private houses built in the 1930s although of course these houses are very much to modern standards. This view shows the sales centre and associated show homes off Great Brook Ground.
