The campus is based on a north-south pedestrian spine with vehicle access provided from a peripheral road. At mid point there is this cross link which runs under Alexandra Square providing covered access to the heart of the campus. Today it forms the central bus hub for the campus. After a grey and wet day, the setting sun appeared below the clouds and lit up the building. University House has since been added to the left hand building https://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/3092921
