Pair of semi-detached late 19th century houses built by George Dixon, architects Bellamy and Hardy. Unnumbered into the 20th century they were probably known as Kilcreggan (69) and Felgate (70) for part of the 20th century. The directories don't always give house names but as far as I can tell they list; for 69, 1896 has no one listed and that hinders tracing further back, 1905-1909 Albert Ellison Rogers, 1913-1919 John Pring. For 70, 1885-1919 Alfred Fotherby.
