Known as Hillside possibly from 1870 and not numbered until well into the 20th century, local directories tell us of the following residents; 1877-99 George Wilkinson who had a stable and carriage house added in 1883 by builder J Homes that was removed in the 1960s, 1901-03 no one listed, 1905-07 H F L Orcutt, 1911-13 no one listed, 1919 William T Bell O.B.E. and in 1963 South Park Hotel. By 1975 it was the offices of Parsons Bros and Snape, coal merchants although it seems that Brownbridge & Co. Ltd. was registered here in 1974. In 1998 a change of use was granted to a Chinese Restaurant (possibly called Ting Ting?) with a further change to allow take-away under a new user in 2001. A further change was granted in 2003 to a 20 bed hostel and in October 2009 conversion to 10 flats, but since at least 2009 Ample Financial Services appear to have offices here and Shire Timber Group list 76a, Ample House as their Lincoln office.
